There is my friend who wants me to adopt him and hes 17 years old and im 19.Is that possible in NY ? I know he'll be 18 soon but he needs a place to stay and if i adopt him then he can stay at my place and i live with my parents who have me paying rent and ill get income and it will help pay the rent and he can finish going to school.
